‘I have never Meal Prep before, where do I start?’ This is a question we get a lot here at HQ. We love hearing from our customers so keep them coming. Therefore, we wanted to address this particular questions as it seems to be on everyone's mind when they start meal prepping. So let’s start!

Selecting a day where you will tirelessly chop, cut, marinate and cook is the key to success when it comes to meal prep. When planning on what day to meal prep, it is important to know what your week looks like. Do you have a late work meeting on Thursday? Or even a business trip on the Monday? Do you have to attend a dinner on Thursday? Knowing what is ahead can make you easily plan the day you will meal prep.

The team here at HQ prefer Sundays and Thursday to gather ingredients and start PREPPING! What days do you prefer? Is it the day your kids are at their grandparent’s house? Or a Friday when your pay goes in? We would love to hear the special days you prepare.
